Brand Story of KTS Cellular
KTS Cellular is a reputable distributor and retailer of mobile phones and accessories with over 30 years of experience in Malaysia. The company has expanded from a single retail outlet to more than 20 and serves as a distributor for prominent brands, including Samsung, Segway (Segway-Ninebot), and Unifi 5G Simpacks.
Since 2012, KTS Cellular Sdn Bhd has been designated as the Master Dealer for Samsung and has served as a retailer since 1999. Additionally, the company distributes Unifi 5G Simpacks under Telekom Malaysia Berhad and is an authorized dealer for all Segway-Ninebot models, having established proper import channels and aftersales service support.
KTS Cellular is the sole distributor for the Segway-Ninebot D Series and F Series, both supported by complete SIRIM certification.
The company operates over 250 Samsung Partner Retail Stores across Central Malaysia and manages more than a thousand retail touchpoints nationwide. With 17 retail outlets and more than 100 employees, KTS Cellular has built strong relationships with shopping mall management teams, organizing over 100 mobile phone events and roadshows.
KTS Cellular's vision is to connect individuals by making high-quality technology products accessible, while its mission focuses on delivering superior telecommunications solutions. The company has received multiple accolades, including the Fair Pricing Shop Award and the Golden Bull SME Award.
To enhance customer experience and reduce environmental impact, KTS Cellular provides electronic receipts and a door-to-door delivery service for Samsung products, ensuring same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM within Klang Valley.
